Terms of Service

1. The Service

letwereply lets you connect WhatsApp numbers, upload knowledge and skills, and have AI agents reply to your customers, with human takeover in a shared inbox.

2. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address and keep your sign-in method secure. You are responsible for all activity under your workspace.

3. Trials, subscriptions and billing

New workspaces start with a free trial (currently 7 days, one agent, a capped number of AI replies). After the trial, a paid subscription is required to keep using the Service.

Subscriptions are billed in advance (monthly, quarterly or yearly) via Stripe and renew automatically. You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and you keep access until then. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.

4. WhatsApp connections

Connecting via the official WhatsApp Cloud API is subject to Meta's terms and requires your own Meta assets (phone number ID, access token).

Unofficial transports (such as the proxy/QR option, marked “Experimental”) are not endorsed by WhatsApp and violate WhatsApp's terms of service. Numbers used with unofficial transports can be restricted or permanently banned by WhatsApp at any time. You use them at your own risk: the platform is not responsible for banned or restricted numbers, lost conversations, or any resulting losses. Use a dedicated number you can afford to lose.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service for spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, illegal content, harassment, or anything that violates Meta/WhatsApp policies or applicable law (including messaging-consent rules in your market). We may suspend workspaces that put the platform at risk.

6. Your content

You own your knowledge-base documents, skills, agent configuration and customer conversations. You grant us the rights needed to store and process this content solely to provide the Service (including sending relevant content to AI model providers to generate replies).

7. AI-generated replies

AI replies are generated automatically and can be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for the content your agents send, for monitoring conversations, and for any commitments made to your customers.

8. Availability and liability

The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim; we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or data loss.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. Upon termination we may delete workspace data after a reasonable period.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
